Stunting Doubles

Another important double in the entertainment industry are regarding any action movie ever. All actions movies have stunt doubles for their main characters, even if the actor or actress decides to do some of their own stunts. Specifically, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the majority of the actors and actresses have stunt doubles. With all of the fight scenes and explosions that occur during the movies, keeping their stars safe is their number one concern. The stunt doubles are professionals who look somewhat or are made to look somewhat like the actors that are trained to be able to do outrageous physical stunts safely. The doubles’ purpose is to keep the actors safe as well as being able to perform the extensive stunts that require a lot of physical training. Stunt doubles have always been interesting to me because they are able to perform super cool stunts but at the same time, they are just doubles of the actors and actresses. These doubles are just able to perform things the actors and actresses aren’t able to perform. Although some actors may want to do someone of their own stunts, they always hire a stunt double in the case that the actor is unable to execute the stunt well or ends up not wanting to after seeing what they need to do. The stunt double is usually seen as the back of the characters head because it’s easier to disguise someone as just their hair but their facial features would give it away that they are a double of the characters.
